Terrible costumer service they don’t respond but send the same crap do to covid but I’m trying to get a refund because I’ve spent 60$ on this and it’s been almost 2 months and extremely disappointed I recommend not to buy this BS and don’t waste your money honey it’s not worth the wait when you can buy melatonin gummy’s at the store but please I hope you guys see these bad reviews.

Ordered in February not shipped, but it's April now. Not responding to refund requests

Shipping took about 3 weeks and tracking didn't even work but i did get them eventually and they are good and smell nice. thought it was a scam but surprised to see them here (US to UK)

The website states 3 day express shipping and appears to have no indication of the which products you are ordering are in stock or not. I purchased a product for $60.00 and have not received any shipping confirmation in 16 days. It was supposed to be 3 day express shipping or expedited. There is no way to cancel the order on their order management page. They have not been active or responding to customers for over a month on their social medias, but still continue to run promotions and ads for their products with no indication that anything is out of stock. Essentially baiting you for your money for their product through marketing although they have no idea when you will get it. They clearly cannot fulfill their orders at this time but still mislead their customers who place an order thinking everything’s good to go. I have seen others complaining about this on social media. Either they have terrible communication and don’t care for showing their inventory in fear they won’t receive any orders by telling the truth that these items are on backorder, or this company is a complete scam now and is not responding to customers, and thus just dropped the ball all together. Marketing their product to people who have insomnia, anxiety, and sleeping issues but you either have to wait weeks/months to get the product or they don’t receive it at all. What’s the point in that? Customers will find another solution by then. Sorry not sorry

I’ve waited more then 8 weeks for my product and every time I contact them I get another Generic email about them having back orders and some bs about COVID. Do NOT spend your money on this. They have no problem taking your money, but won’t ship your product.

I have waited a month now and it still hasn’t arrived. When I look where my package it says that it is transfer to the post office.. the problem is that it is have been like that for almost a month. When I write to them I get no costumer service at all. They don’t answer my questions, they just send where my package is which I can see fine by myself. I would really just like to get my money back, so I can buy a better product for better consumer service. This is not okay, and if I could get 0 stars I would. I have never experienced so bad costumer service. And I have never experienced that a package are taking so long to arrive. If you thinking about buying there products please think twice about because my experience is that it is just not worth it.

I ordered 3 melatonin pens for $40 from them and it took about 3 weeks to arrive (which was to be expected as I live in Australia) and about a week ago , my package arrived only containing an eye mask. They didn’t send the actual product I had ordered. I have tried contacting them twice, but they have not replied. I am extremely disappointed

Half of my items did not arrive, and customer service have not answered any of my emails or messages

Me and a few friends have tried and I have now seen dozens of reviews saying the same; that it simply doesn’t work. It’s all placebo and doesn’t make you feel any more tired. Just buy melatonin pills that actually are known to work instead of this overhyped junk

Not really sure what to say about this. I ordered these on the 3rd, it is now the 24th and the still haven’t left the US (being shipped to the UK)... I understand that things may take a little longer due to covid, but considering I payed for faster shipping, I’m not too happy.

For now I can only give a bad reaction.
Shipping time currently 3 weeks from USA to EU.
